Milbourne of Crisfield and Thomas E. Milbourne (Phyllis Hayden Milbourne) of Summerville, SC; his nephew Stacey A. Milbourne of Crisfield; his father-in-law Joseph "Tinker" Coulbourne (Sharon Coulbourne) of Crisfield; his sisters-in-law, Tammi Reynolds of Crisfield and Traci Tyler (Chris Tyler) of Crisfield; his friends, Stanley Conner of Marion, Scott Tawes, Melanie Tawes of Princess Anne, Jay Tawes and Debbie Tawes of Crisfield; and also, John Holland of Baltimore, Faye Horner (Ben Horner) of Fenwick Island, DE and William Holland of Salisbury.
