It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Mace Harris Jr. of Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Mace Harris, Sr. and Myrtle V. Culbertson Harris; his wife Donna Lee Nelson Harris; his sisters, Joy Fay Gilson, Carol Lynn Howard and Donna Jean Harris; and his aunt Peggy Culbertson.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Lynn Beckett (John), Angel Lynn Harris, Starr Lynn Mister (Bradley), Melvin M. "Bubby" Harris, III (Rachel) and Laurie Harris; his siblings, Donna Hickman and Tommy Harris (Dawn); his grandchildren, Kenny Sneade, Jr., Nick Sneade, Matthew Beckett, Elijah Mister, Isaac Mister, Haley Harris and Jacob Harris; his great grandchild Gracelynn Ann; his brother David Dunn; and also, LeBron Palmer and Robert Blevins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
