She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Willy" and Parks Somers; her husband William P. "Bill" Riggin, Jr.; and her siblings, Billy Somers and Doris Bozman.
She is survived by: her children, William Paul Riggin, III (Crisfield), Matthew Thomas Riggin (Karen) of Crisfield and Betty McCabe (Charlie) of Seaford; and her grandchildren, Adam Riggin (Lori), Abraham Riggin, Danielle Riggin Czubak (Steve), Michael Payne, Sarah Stone (Kyler), Ashli Hill and Kayleen Hill. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
