He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Banford and Blanche Estelle Oldham Hopkins; and his son Michael Joseph Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Helen Feehley Hopkins of Crisfield, MD; his children, Kenneth Hopkins (Jeanna) of Monroe, WA, Kelly Hopkins of Crisfield, MD, Kris Hopkins (Karen) of Boca Raton, FL, Kasey Rodriguez (Miguel) and Kimberly Mrohs (Doug) of Westover, MD; his stepbrother Jay "J. W."; his sisters-in-law, Anne Feehley of Towson, MD and Dee Feehley of Pasadena, MD; his grandchild Shawn Hopkins (Carrie); his great grandchildren, Corydon of Marysville, WA, Keena Hopkins of Monroe, WA, Christa Hopkins of Monroe, WA, Kevin Hopkins of Boca Raton, FL, Kylie Hopkins of Boca Raton, FL, Calin Wilson of Miami, FL, Eliana Rodriguez of Westover, MD and Paul Rodriguez of Westover, MD; his grandchildren, Jack Mrohs of Westover, MD and Gracie Mrohs of Westover, MD; and his friend Charlie Kidd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
