He is survived by: his wife Hilda Marsh Marshall; his children, Angela Cummings (Mark) of Jonesborough and Micah Marshall (Ashlie) of Fairmount, Maryland; his grandchildren, Kelly Cummings, Caleb, Brody, Gracie, Gage and Gabbie Marshall; and his sister Sharon Marshall of Salisbury, Maryland..
