He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Niemiec and Jean Struzinski Niemiec; his wife Patricia Claffey Niemiec; and his former wife Marie Ballezzi. He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn Niemiec, Jacquline Rineer of Leola, PA, John A. Niemiec, Jr. (Denise) of Willards, MD, Shannon Hughes (Joseph) of Lancaster, PA and Kelly Forbes of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Hughes, Xander Hughes and Skylar Jasper Athena.
