She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Harriet Watts Smith. She is survived by: her husband Edmund Foster; her children, Donna F. Coffie (Roy) and Rick Foster; her grandchildren, Seth Coffie (Amanda) and Shanna F. Leach (Todd); her great grandchildren, Connor and Savannah Coffie; and her friend Renee Bowman.
