He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Baker; and his sister Kimberly Beth Richards. He is survived by: his wife Becky Piskor Baker of Crisfield; his sons, James Alan Baker, Jr. of Crisfield and Austin Baker of Crisfield; his stepchildren, William Weldon of Crisfield, Quinton Weldon of Crisfield and Lillian Weldon of Crisfield; his siblings, Lynette Lau (Jeff) of Princess Anne, Terri Baker Tawes (Craig) of Crisfield and Roger "Buggy" Riggin, III of Crisfield; his aunt Mary Hall of Crisfield; his mother-in-law Teresa Piskor of Crisfield; his siblings-in-law, David Richards of Crisfield and Carol Habel (Joe) of Richmond, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Roger Riggin IV, Kelsey Riggin, Evan Riggin, Spencer Cropper and Amanda Richards. He is also survived by several cousins; and many friends.
