He is survived by: his son Brian Carroll Justice (Christina) of Marion Station, MD; his stepdaughters, Laura Miller of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Tami Bennette (Daniel) of Arnold, MD and Jennifer Aeschbacker (Tom) of Willis, MI; his grandchildren, Ashley Karr, Hunter Aeschbacker, Violet Bennette and Logan Aeschbacker; his great grandchild Jesse James Lee; and his cousin Tom Sharpley (Vicky) of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
