She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan "Red" Fuller and Nina Fuller; and her sisters, Karen Butcher of Hampstead and Barbara Fuller of Towson, MD.. She is survived by: her husband Frank Rhodes (Crisfield); her children, Jason Rhodes (Kelly Saul) of Millsboro, DE and Carrie Rhodes (Stan Smith) of Salisbury, MD; her stepgrandchildren, Lauryn Dennis of Millsboro and Aidan Smith of Salisbury; her brother-in-law Wayne Butcher of Hampstead, MD; her nieces, Lori Butcher-Benjamin of Orrtana, PA and Amy Butcher Breda of Reisterstown, MD; and her nephew Chris Butcher of Westminster, MD..
