He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Christensen and Catherine Kenny Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Teri Christensen; his sons, Kevin Christensen (Shelley) and Jason Christensen; his granddaughter Erika Christensen; and his siblings, Nancy Leland, Kathleen Christensen, John Pat Christensen and Mary Ann Davey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
