He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Marshall and Hazel Bradshaw Marshall; his grandparents, Todd, Margaret Marshall, Newell Tolson and Audrey Bradshaw Brimer; his close friend Tom Walker; his brother Phillip Marshall; his siblings-in-law, Muggsy Evans and Laurie Marshall; and his nephew Kevin Soukup.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Evans and Dallas Marshall (Gayle); his sister-in-law Cindy Marshall; his nieces and nephews, Troy Evans (Carla), Anita Evans, Jody Soukup, Storm Marshall and Brittany Marshall (Larry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Evans, Dylan Hill, Devan Soukup, Noah Soukup, Skylar Marshall, Autumn Marshall and Sawyer Whitehead.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Union United Methodist Church in Tylerton, MD or Christ Fellowship Bible Church in Marion Station, MD.
