He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Alfred Swift and Sarah Frances Sterling Swift; and his brother Ralph E. Swift. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Swift (Betty) of Springfield, VA, Wayne Swift of Salisbury, Mary McCready of Crisfield, Gayle Dorman (David Dee) of Crisfield, Patricia Baxter of Fredericksburg, VA and Bonnie Odom (Andy) of Summerville, SC; his stepmother Fran Swift of Salisbury; and his aunt Judy Evans of Marion Station. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
