She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. McGowan, Sr. and Velma K. McGowan; her stepdaughter Robin L. White; her stepgreat-granddaughter Lindsey Rae Brittingham; and her siblings, Robert W. McGowan, Jr., John L. McGowan and Margaret V. Shoffner.
She is survived by: her former husband Victor C. Brice of West Chester; her sons, Thomas C. Brice of Crisfield, Nelson D. Brice (Debbie) of Crisfield and John J. Brice (Janice) of Woodbine, MD; her grandchildren, Corlie L. Budd (Mickey) of Delmar and Andrew C. Brice (Audrey) of Salisbury; her husband Benjamin Roebuck of Crisfield; her stepdaughter Leslie Berryhill (James) of Pocomoke; her stepgrandchildren, Robert Roebuck (April) of Captain's Cove, VA, Staci Brittingham (Keith) of Crisfield, Jenny White (Luis) of Salisbury and Kenny White (Kaitlyn) of Salisbury; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Lauren Roebuck, Rachel Guy, Rebecka Brittingham and Danielle Brittingham; her cousin Nelson Schaeffer (Kathy) of Allentown, PA.; and also, Kinsey G. Budd and Rylee J. Budd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
