It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles G. Pruitt of Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Jane Mason Pruitt and Charles G. "Friday" Pruitt; and his brother Butch Sterling. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Fay Pruitt; his children, Connie Gerald and Royce Pruitt (Michelle) of Crisfield; and his grandchildren, David Swift, Matthew Gerald (Monica), Donald Gerald, Nicholas Gerald, Mandy Lankford (Jerry), Jeremy Pruitt (Rhonda), Jonathan Pruitt (Leanne) and Christopher Pruitt (Adriana). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunny Ridge Memorial Park (27065 St Peters Church Rd, Crisfield, MD 21817).
