It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Archie Lankford (Crisfield, Maryland), who passed away on June 16, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Lankford; his children, Shirley Whayland and Terry Lankford; and his brother Jimmy Lankford. He is survived by: his parent Hattie Marshall Lawson; his significant other Marie F. Marsh of Crisfield; his son Charles A. Lankford, Jr.; his wife Bernice of Seaford, DE; his sister Ruby Cullen of Crisfield; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lankford, Steven Lankford, Becky Whayland Jeffries, Jody Soukup, Laura Lankford, Kristine Lankford and Robert Lankford. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; his extended family, Cheryl Tawes and husband David, Mark Marsh and wife Marjorie, Steven Marsh, Megan Tawes, Patrick Tawes, Seth Tawes, Brittany Marsh, Logan Marsh, Blake Marsh, Landon Marsh, Kaylon Marsh, April Marsh, Billy C. Marsh, and Madison Marsh; and several nieces and nephews.
