She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fletcher Howard and Stella Franklin Howard; her husband Lloyd "Buddy" Carmine; and her siblings, John Fletcher Howard, William Franklin "Tater" Howard, Stanley "Brownie" Howard, Charles Howard, George Howard, Ernest "Ernie" Howard, Dorothy "Dot" Zook, Sallie Mae Outten and Evelyn "Ebbie" Cullen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Nelson (Doug) of Crisfield and Sharon Price (Edward "Chappy") of Crisfield; and her grandchildren, Kelly Reese (Lance), Ryan Dize of Crisfield and Brian Price (Becca) of Ellicott City, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
