With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beulah P. Cullen of Crisfield, Maryland, born in Deal Island, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Parkinson and Gladys Hoffman Parkinson; and her husband Elmer Nelson Cullen. She is survived by: her children, Leon Cullen, Jimmy Cullen and Donna Lynn Sisson; her siblings, Jane Neal and Wayne; her sister-in-law Debbie Collins; and her grandchildren, Shelby Cullen, Logan Cullen, Samantha Cullen and William Sisson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
