He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Alonzo and Flonie Isabel Waters (Parker).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church (107 S Collins St, Snow Hill, MD 21863).
