She was predeceased by: her parents, Berline Maddox Cooper and George Brady Cooper; her husband Robert Armstrong; her siblings, Roland H. Cooper and Berline Cooper (Snookey); and her nephew Lamont R. Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia E. Cooper of Fairmount, Janice A. Douglas (Sinclair, Jr.) of Crisfield, MD and Margie Lane of Crisfield, MD; her grandchildren, Tanicia Y. King of Fruitland, MD, Chanita Ballard (Irving) of Fruitland, MD, Cornell L. Gray of Westover, MD, Montel D. Douglas of Crisfield, Nykia (Joe), I'kea, Tiffanie, Asia, Sinclair III and DeVante; her great grandchildren, Montana Douglas and Wynter Ballard; her nephew Ronald Williams, Sr. of Crisfield; her nieces, Onetta of Waldorf, MD and Mary Williams of Salisbury, MD; her great-nephews, Ronald Williams, Jr. (Brandy) of Atlanta, GA and Joshua L. Williams of Salisbury; her cousins, Agnes L. Waters of Crisfield, Milky Waters Brown of Crisfield and Patrick Boynton of Glen Burnie, MD; and her niece Linda Byrd of Crisfield. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Anthony E. Ward (314 Cove St, Crisfield, MD 21817). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Andrews United Methodist Church (8242 Upper Hill Rd, Westover, MD 21871).
