He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Barton and Evelyn E. Barton (Johnson); and his father-in-law Harry "Mac" McClellan. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Barton; his children, Josh Barton, Zac Barton and Samantha Barton (Ty HHemmis); his siblings, Tom Barton (Janet) and Nancy Cole (Conrad); his nieces and nephews, Mike, Tommy Barton, Debbie Stotler (Emmett), Kim and Beth Fuller; his mother-in-law Sylvia McClellan; and his aunt Margaret Brownley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great-nephews, great-nieces, and friends.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Kenny's Hope for Childhood Cancer, Inc., 15205 Winchester Rd SW, Cumberland, MD 21502, or to another local charitable organization.
