She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Miller Jr. and Linda L. Lantz Izer; and her former husband Joseph E. Fields. She is survived by: her children, Andrew J. Fields (Garth), Matthew S. Fields (Destiny) and Lindsay M. Fields; her grandchildren, Jacob Kyer, Freya Fields, Rylynne Fields and Hunter Fields; her siblings, Tracy Hollis (Mark), Tonya Yutzy and Todd Miller (Faye); and her nieces and nephews, Thomas Miller, Cadiz, Logan Miller (Mary-Frances), Hopkinsville, Kent, Talon Miller, Christina Hampton (Carl), Michael Miller (Megan), Wiley Ford and W. Va. She is also survived by five great-nephews and two great-nieces.
