She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Lee and Araminta Edna Hounshell (Weimer); her husband James W. Osbourne; her son James W. Osbourne, II; and her siblings, Ed, Dale, Irma Lee and Edna Cessna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy McKenzie (Denny), Tracey Broadwater (Scott) and Kelly Athey (Todd); her daughter-in-law Cindy Osbourne; her grandchildren, Matthew, Dean McKenzie, Heather Green, Ashley Haines, Amber Whitaker, Brock and Cameron Athey; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Trey, MaKayla Mckenzie, Shane Whitaker, Cole, Reid Robinson, Trenton, Colton Haines, Morgan Wymer, Kaden Belford, Grason and Rilon Whitaker; and her great great grandchild Walker Whitaker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
