He was predeceased by: his parent A. Sivan Pillai; and his grandparents, Arumughom, Chenbagam Pillai and Jerry Zumpano. He is survived by: his mother Janice R. Pillai; his grandmother Shirley Zumpano; his siblings, Shanti Nicole Pillai (Brett Hogle), Nalini Devi Casey and S. Ramani Pillai (Kimberly Foley-Pillai); his aunts, Michelle Zumpano and Vicki Moran; his uncle Milt Jones; his cousin Milt Jones (Cassie); his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Eliza Robinson, Ruby, Darby Casey, Kate Pillai, Cecilia Jones, Nolan Pillai and Oskar Jones; his child J. Vesper Farris Pillai; and also Aarika McCann. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
