He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Thomas. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Belcher and Sonja Belcher; his grandparents, Tom, Kathy Duckworth and Linda Shulsinger; and his friend Bocce Ball. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
