He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Toey and Edna Toey (Myers); and his siblings, Neily Toey (Carole) and Rita May Lewis (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Ida Toey (Colmer); his brother David Toey; his children, Tina Toey, Susan Pritchard (Brian) and Robert Jay Toey; and his grandchildren, Roger, Sammy Spencer, Christopher Toey, Zachary Toey and Harmony Toey (Nick). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
