He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Theodore and Georgia Imogene Stouffer (VanMeter); and his wife Judith Ann Stouffer (Dutschke). He is survived by: his children, Todd Stouffer (Sheri) and Tracy Watson (Tom); his grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica, Tyler Watson and Brendan Stouffer; his brothers, Ted Stouffer (Joy) and Rick Stouffer (Dianne); and his sister-in-law Joyce Powers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his special pet bird, Buddy.
