She is survived by: her husband Charles "Choddie" Clark, II; her children, Kelly Sinclair, Christina Thompson (Schuyler), Joseph Thompson (Kristian), Thomas Thompson (Tonia) and Dustin Thompson; and her siblings, Debbie Sliger (Shane), Lisa Wright (Bobby), Michele Poremski (Mark), Holly Breitschwerdt (Mike), Skippy Ratcliff (Rene), David Ratcliff and Chuck Ratcliff (Angel). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
