He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Bower and Martha Bower; his wife Mary Helen; the mother of his children Sandra Sterner; and his grandson Dustin Maxwell.
He is survived by: his brothers, Donnie (Carol) and Wayne Bower; his children, Tammy Stucki, Terry Maxwell (Randy), Tabetha Roan (Greg), Erika Bower, Leah Kilduff (Jeff), Jessica Wallace, Rick, Chris (Missy) and Dave; and his friend Eugene "Skip" Cramer. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
