He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Lee and Beulah Keister (Mowery); and his brother Harold Keister. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Jean Keister; and his daughters, Barbara Baldwin (Keister) and Beverly Marken (Keister).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to ABATE of Western Maryland, PO Box 5201 Cresaptown, MD 21502 in honor of Gene's name.
