He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Williams and Lena Marie Williams-DuVall (Lowery). He is survived by: his wife Hazel Louise "Skeeter" Williams; his brother Dennis Williams (Lisa); his children, Doug Williams, Jr. (Sue), Kathy Lockard (Wayne) and Krista Lechliter (Ike); and his grandchildren, Mandy Smith, Kevin, Ashley Williams, Brandon Williams, Derek, Kayla Williams, Haylee Lechliter, Brady Lechliter, Levi Lockard, Mercedes Shook and Hunter Lockard. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
