She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Lee Ridgeley Sr.; her parents, Milton Freeman Welsh and Anna Carol Twigg; and her siblings, Lennie, Leonard, Evelyn, Dorothy, Bob, George, Jim, Freeman and Kenny.
She is survived by: her sister Freda Long of Cumberland; and her nieces and nephews, Marshall Lee "Mark" Ridgeley Jr. (Abby) of Ridgeley, WV, Karen Jane Viney (Russell) of Wiley Ford, WV, Cheryl Ann Lagano (Joseph) of Martinsburg, WV, Vance Allen Ridgeley Sr. (Aletha), Patricia Clark of Cumberland, Patty Ann Kesler and Junior Welsh. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
