He is survived by: his son Nick Lewis (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mckynna, Zander, Chloe and Maci Lewis; his daughter Elizabeth Peer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Trey, Makayla McKenzie, Grace and Ryder Peer; and his fiancée Tiffany Newcomb.
