We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2022, at the age of 80, Joan Louise (Shepard) Mellotte of Corriganville, Maryland, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Henry Shepard and Helen Shepard (Horne); and her brother Robert H. Shepard. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Mellotte, Sr.; her stepsons, Richard L. Mellotte, II (Paula) and Todd Allen Mellotte; her sisters, Carol E. Silvia (John) and Marcia A. Page (Ross); her cousin Grace Story (George); her grandchildren, Tricia Arnold (David), Kelsey Kiddy (Garrett) of Cory Mellotte, C. J and Callie Mellotte; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Elizabeth Arnold, Lincoln and Emma Kiddy; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Bosley, Frank Mellotte (Donna) and David Mellotte (Debbie); and also, Krista (Mark) and Robin Story.
The family would like to request memorial donations be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter P.O. Box #566 Cumberland, MD 21501 in Joan's Honor.
