He was predeceased by: his uncle Harry Carr; and his cousin Tommy Carr. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Carr and Eleanor Carr; his wife Sandy Carr; his daughters, Hannah Carr, Frostburg, Ashley Gordon (Justin) and Cresaptown; his siblings, Richard Carr (Donna) of Lancaster, PA, Kathy Carr and Tina Carr-Walker; and his stepchildren, Becka Vactor (Alex) and Tyler Chavers (Desiree).
