He is survived by: his daughter Christina Hetrick (Tyler); his grandsons, Matthew and Bentley; his fiancé Lesa Calton; his sister Rebecca Hogamier; his nephew Adam; his cousins, Linda and Terry Getson; and also, Tera and Billy Getson.
