He is survived by: his parent Rosalie Douglas Fleegle (McClellan); his wife Nancy Fleegle; his children, Karie Ann Flores (Alberto), Karla Quigley of Clarksburg, MD, Carla Dawn Fox of Germantown, MD, Patrick Bennett of Gaithersburg, MD and Michael Carlyle Fleegle; his siblings, Debbie Rampulla (Joe), Diane Hollar (Herbert) of Georgia, Tracy Waldron (Gary) and Bradley Fleegle (Bonnie) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Alex Quigley, Lauren Bennett and Patrick Bennett, Jr.; his brother Reginald Hoffman; and his nephew Christopher Tooley. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
