It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Salter of Cordova, Maryland, born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rolfe Salter and Edna Elizabeth Bailey Salter; and his brother George Carlton Salter. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany N. Salter (George Mauler) of Easton; his sisters, Catherine Patrick (Calvin) of Denton and Shirley A. Teat of Denton; his grandson Michael; and his close friend Jessica Mayer. He is also survived by daughter, grandson, family and friends.
