He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis Boyle and Mary Angela Gannon Boyle; and his brothers, Charles and Andy. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Eddie, Cindy (Matt) and Billy (Tina); his grandchildren, Jacob (Ariel), Brianna (Jody), Emma, Elsie and Noah; his great grandchildren, Aria, Kingston, Jacob and Brunson; his siblings, Jimmy (Ethel), Gene (Bonnie) and Ann (Arty); and his sister-in-law Sue. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Dear Shirley, Mike was a special person to me as a brother Knight and fellow military veteran. Several years ago, he asked me if I wanted to be a volunteer driver for the Cambridge VA Clinic. I said yes, and he broke me in and showed me the ropes. I am still a volunteer driver and can only say that Mike was well thought of by the Clinic as well as the veterans who he transported to their doctor appointments. Mike was one very caring and wonderful man. He will be greatly missed. Dick Palazzolo”
