It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Collins Sr. of Cordova, Maryland, born in Federalsburg, Maryland, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George Elmer Collins; his wife Doris May Faulkner; his son Larry Wesley Collins; and his sisters, Elmira Elizabeth Collins and Linda Ann Faulkner.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward F. Collins, Jr. (Brenda) and Kurt Douglas Collins, Sr. (Dena) of Cordova; his grandsons, Kurt Douglas "Buddy" Collins, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Alan Gregory Collins (Sierra) of Cordova and Edward F. "Ed" Collins, III of Cordova; his great grandchild Camryn Susan Collins; and his siblings, Ray Collins of Cordova, Charlotte Blades of Cordova and Rev. Joan Wolff (H. Rodman) of Easton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
