He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Sanger and Leila Secrist Sanger Cherbonnier. He is survived by: his wife Lois Wine Sanger; his children, Mark and Susan; and his grandchildren, Kristina Barnhart (Jimmy) and Justin Sanger.

Donations may be made in Dennis' honor to Talbot Humane.
