It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Isdell (Cordova, Maryland), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick R. Collins and Annie Armstrong Collins; her son Paul Isdell; and her brothers, Robert Ashley Collins and Frederick R. Collins, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Potts (Terry) of Princess Anne; and her granddaughter Dawn Ward (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
