He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Mellion. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph A. and Juanita M. Keister (Martin); his wife Linda C. Keister; his children, Kimberly (William Thomas) and Philip Wayne Keister (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Stephen Thomas Merrill, Tyler Evans Merrill and Lillian Marie Keister; and his brother Ronald Keister. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
