She is survived by: her father Edward Nichols; her wife Carrie of Conowingo, MD; her mother Shirley Nichols of Conowingo, MD; her children, Richard Nichols, Jamie Underwood of Conowingo, MD, Robert Underwood of Conowingo, MD, Tiffany Nichols and Chelsea Carr of Conowingo, MD; and her brother Edward Nichols, Jr. of Perryville, MD.
