He is survived by: his wife Elva K. Carr; his sons, William Ray Carr and James Randall Carr; his grandchildren, Jennifer Carr, Cindy Flynn, Rachel Carr, Justin Carr, Steven Carr, Amber Carr and Chelsea Carr; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Caldwell and Donald Caldwell; and his nephews, Clyde Carr, Jr. and Kenneth Carr.
