He was predeceased by: his parent Elbert Adkins; and his siblings, Marie Gillispie, Opal Strogilos, Blanche Morris, Edith Bennett, Leona Cremans, Robert Adkins, Orville Adkins, Ersie Adkins, Delmar Adkins and Cornis Adkins.
He is survived by: his parent Olga Adkins (Sheppard); his wife Bonnie Adkins; his children, Jackie Adkins of Conowingo, MD, Olga Adkins of Peach Bottom, PA and Timmy Adkins of Springfield, VA; his grandchildren, Alex, Hannah, Colby, Emmalee, Chelsea, Dylan, Nate, Dustin, Cody and Madison; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Paislee, Layla, Jaxson, Brantley and Lincoln; his nephew Eugene Adkins (Emma) of Kingsville, MD; his niece Windell Deloach of Thurmont, MD; and his sisters, Betty Adkins of Wayne, WV, Louise Adkins and Vera Fox. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
