In the sacred silence of farewell, Margaret is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wyatt and Minnie Wyatt. She is survived by: her husband Marshall Wood; her sons, Mark Wood (Sharon), Ken Wood (Sally) and Joe Wood (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Laura Truitt (Brendan), Asher Barnum (Robert), Joe Wood (Kim) and Robert Wood (Samantha). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at the West Nottingham Cemetery (1195 Firetower Rd, Colora, MD 21917).
