He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Cormier; his wife Bessie Lee; his siblings, Theresa, Ernest and Roger; his grandson Kristopher; and his nephew David.
He is survived by: his children, Lyn Chambers of St Peter, MO, Raymond Cormier (Irina) of Port Deposit, MD and Marguerite Cormier (Jeanne) of Worcester, MA; his siblings, Edna (Donnie Casey), Robert (Carol) and John (Ginette); his grandchildren, Joe, Kat and Elizabeth; his stepgranddaughter Alena; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Xavier and Zayden; his granddaughter-in-law Kristi Cormier; and his close friend Sarah Johnson (Erb). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Smile Train charity, two of Joe's favorite charities.
