She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James, Sr. Williams and Helen Williams; her daughter Tammy Gilbert (Mickey) of Elkton, MD; her grandchildren, Leslie Michelle Van Bibber (Brandon) of Dover, PA., Thomas Steven Gilbert of Elizabeth City, NC and Michael Ryan Gilbert of North East, MD; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher Van Bibber of Dover, PA, Haylee and Gavyn Gilbert of Elizabeth City, NC; her brother Jeffery Williams (LuAnn) of Rising Sun, MD; her sister-in-law Linda Williams Mischler of Rising Sun, MD; and her nephew Norwood "Bug" Williams, Jr.. She was also cherished by niece and 6 nephews.
