With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elva K. Carr of Conowingo, Maryland, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Hilton and Joanna B. Barton (Rowland); her husband Ralph W. Carr, Jr.; and her sons, Ricky Carr, Danny Carr and William Carr.
She is survived by: her son James Carr; her grandchildren, Cindy Flynn, Rachel Carr, Jennifer Hurst (Denny), Justin Carr, Steven Carr (Audrey), Amber Mitchell (DJ) and Chelsia Carr-Copenhaver (Scott); her siblings, Jim Hilton and Grace Comer; and her sister-in-law Anna Carr. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
